Hello I recently purchased a trim kit BT14496-OB to convert an older 1400 series from chrome to bronze. Everything fits great except the tub spout. I believe the chrome one to be RP38450 from the original literature when I installed some years ago. So do you have a Bronze spout that will just screw on to the old fitting in place of the RP38450?In my opinion, the RP12307 (screw-on or soldered) adapter has a lower likelihood of leaking. It only has one O-ring and the other connection is either soldered or threaded. If you are able to install the soldered or threaded adapter, that one is the one to go with.
